Bankmed Hospital Network DSPs for 2013 (PMB, Basic and Traditional plans only)

A restricted hospital network will apply to these three plans in 2013. Members are allowed to make use of non-DSP hospitals, however an additional co-payment will apply for voluntary use of non-DSPs.
