Avoid delays by signing up for electronic communication
To help you stay on top of your Plan type, we can communicate with you electronically instead of by post. If you’d like to receive notifications, claims information and statements by e-mail, please remember to update your e-mail address.
Use our digital tools to easily manage your Plan
- Have a digital membership card in your pocket
The digital membership card is a safe and secure way to store all of your membership details on your smartphone. The digital card serves the same purpose your plastic membership card and is recognised by all Healthcare Professionals.
- Submit and view your processed claims
Submitting a claim is as simple as taking a photo with your smartphone and uploading it via the App or website. You can view processed claims with the claim tracker tool.
- Avoid co-payments
Find a Healthcare Professional we have a payment arrangement with and ensure full cover both in and out of hospital.
- Download tax certificates
Request your membership certificates, tax certificates or membership documents through the App or website. We will e-mail the documents directly to you.
- Access your Electronic Health Record
View a full medical record of all your doctor and hospital visits, prescribed medication, blood tests, X-rays and more.
- Give your doctor consent to access your Electronic Health Record
When your Healthcare Professionals have access to your Electronic Health Record, they can see your medical history, make referrals to other Healthcare Professionals and write electronic prescriptions.
