Tax Certificates

You will be receiving one tax certificate for claims with date of service prior to January 2016, which were processed by our previous administrator and paid between March 2015 – February 2016.

A second tax certificate will be issued for claims paid in the period from 1 January 2016 until end February 2016 for claims with date of service between January – February 2016, which will have been processed by the new administrator.

These tax certificates will BOTH be e-mailed to you in May 2016 by our previous administrator and our new administrator respectively. As per usual, from May 2016 you will be able to download the January – February 2016 tax certificate from our website.

Should you misplace your e-mailed copy of your March 2015 – February 2016 tax certificate, you will need to call the Call Centre on 0800 BANKMED (0800 226 5633) to resupply you with a copy.
