We need a prescription from your Healthcare Professional.

You or your Healthcare Professional can send us your new prescription every six months by:

Uploading it to this website, faxing it to 086 549 0000, or e-mailing it to bankmedsquad@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 071 341 4841.

Please allow for a 72-hour delivery time.

Provide us with your medical-aid information so the cost of your medication is paid for. If you usually have a medication co-payment or if you are using our prescribed service, you will need to add a credit card to your account.

If you do not wish to claim from your medical aid, you may pay using a credit card, debit card or EFT.

We will communicate with you when your profile is complete, and your medication is sent to you.

You will receive a tracking number each time we deliver your medication.

REMEMBER:

Your prescription must be renewed and resent to the Pill Squad at your six-monthly healthcare professional consultation.
